Meesho invests Rs 3,99,99,99,850 in subsidiary Meesho Payments to support operations

Meesho Limited announced an additional investment of Rs 3,99,99,99,850 in Meesho Payments Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, through a rights issue of 1,14,28,571 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each. The investment is intended to support the overall business operations and growth of MPPL, which is a Lending Service Provider, and the company’s shareholding in MPPL will remain at 100%.
