Nuvama Wealth Management allotted equity shares to employees via stock options and rights

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited announced on November 3, 2026, that it has approved the allotment of 33,912 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to employees upon the exercise of stock options and rights under its Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) and Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Plan, increasing the company's equity share capital from 18,45,15,689 to 18,45,49,601 shares.
