Mindspace Business Parks REIT share price gained 1.05% to Rs 487.2 after the company's net profit soared by 76.30% to Rs 479.19 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 6.27% to Rs 1005.81 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.17 lakh crore, rising by 10.03%. It has improved by 0.09% over last one week and eased lower by 4.72% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mindspace Business Parks REIT has inched up 0.89% and 1.18% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Mindspace Business Parks REIT stood at Rs 350.82 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 50.55% year-on-year, and slipping 4.06% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 746 crore, expanding by 34.02% YoY and rising 7.97% sequentially.
Total expenses grew marginally by 6.29% to Rs 374.34 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.35 crore, remained flat YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.19 crore, dipping slightly 4.93% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 23.89% to Rs 3216.35 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 35.14% to Rs 694.26 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 188112% to Rs 2361.08 crore, and PBT surged 21.09% to Rs 1172.33 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2413.89 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2017.35 crore in FY25.
Mindspace Business Parks REIT ticked higher by 4.41% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 9.87% during the same period.
