UPL Limited appointed S R B C & CO LLP as statutory auditors for five years

UPL Limited announced the appointment of S R B C & CO LLP as its statutory auditors for five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting in 2027 until the conclusion of the 48th AGM in 2032, subject to member approval. The company also appointed Mr. Shatmanyu Shrivastava, nominated by Life Insurance Corporation of India, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent), and Mr. Sameer Tandon as President - APAC, Africa and Europe, both effective November 2, 2026.
