Archies Limited appoints Anant Gupta as independent director for a five-year term

Archies Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anant Gupta as an Additional (Non-Executive and Independent) Director with effect from November 2, 2026, for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee following Mr. Gupta’s appointment, which took effect on November 2, 2026. Mr. Gupta, aged 39, is a partner at Gupta & Bagaria, Chartered Accountants, and holds qualifications including FCA, B.COM(H), and DISA.
