United Foodbrands grants 13,500 stock options to employees under 2015 plan

United Foodbrands Limited, formerly known as Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 13,500 Employee Stock Options to eligible employees under the “Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2015,” with an exercise price of Rs 635.05 per option, according to a regulatory filing on November 2, 2026.
