Artificial Electronics withdraws Rs 16,601.75 crore rights issue due to market volatility

Artificial Electronics Intelligent Material Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the withdrawal of a proposed rights issue of up to Rs 16,601.754 crore, previously approved on September 17, 2026, citing unfavourable market conditions and volatility in capital markets.
