VMS TMT to review Q2 and H1 financial results at November 5 board meeting

VMS TMT LIMITED will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. Trading window for promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel, and connected persons has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the results become generally available.
