Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd share price plunged by 9.36% to Rs 327.65 after the company's net profit surged by 249.23% to Rs 4.54 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 18.53% to Rs 494.0 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd stood at Rs 6.24 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 275.90% year-on-year, and jumping 273.65% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 21 crore, rising 7.07% YoY and nosediving by 15.54% sequentially.
Total expenses reduced by 18.36% to Rs 483.87 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 54.98 crore, plunging by 20.27% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 31.03 crore, soaring 32.32% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 19.27% to Rs 2201.65 crore, while net profit improved by 17.23% to Rs 100.58 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 20641% to Rs 220.96 crore, and PBT improved 14.64% to Rs 135.27 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 270.41 crore in FY26, as against Rs 101.89 crore in FY25.
Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd rallied 30.07% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 11.78% during the same period.
