W.S. Industries director R. Karthik steps down, J. Sridharan to chair key committees

W.S. Industries (India) Limited announced that R. Karthik, an independent director with DIN: 07627521, has ceased to hold office following the completion of his second consecutive term, effective October 31, 2026, as mandated by the Companies Act, 2013. Consequently, J. Sridharan will chair the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, effective November 1, 2026, while the composition of the Allotment Committee remains unchanged.
