Regency Fincorp Limited issues Rs 75 crore in debentures through a private placement

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, announced that its board approved the issuance of 75,000 secured, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, totaling Rs 75 crore through a private placement. The company also appointed Catalyst Trusteeship Limited as trustee and Credora Partners Private Limited as merchant banker for the debenture issuance, which will be listed on the BSE Limited and have a tenure of 15 months with an interest rate of 12% per annum.
