Kwality Wall’s appoints Tahir Toloy Tanridagli as Managing Director for three years

Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Tahir Toloy Tanridagli as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term, effective November 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Tanridagli, who currently serves on the company’s board, previously played a key role in Kwality Wall’s transformation following its demerger from Hindustan Unilever Limited. The company also announced the cessation of Mr. Vivek Sarbhai as Senior Management Personnel and the appointment of Ms. Ansu Archana as Head – Supply Chain, India. Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited is among India's foremost ice cream companies, with The Magnum Ice Cream Company HoldCo 1 Netherlands B.V. holding a 61.91% stake.
