Juniper Green Energy formed a subsidiary in India to advance renewable power generation projects

Juniper Green Energy Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Juniper Green Beta Fifteen Private Limited, on October 30, 2026, in India. The company subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs 10, for an aggregate value of Rs 15,00,000, resulting in 100% shareholding and control of the new entity, which will focus on renewable energy power generation projects.
