Globalbees Brands acquires 14.23% stake in JW Brands for Rs 18.68 crore

Brainbees Solutions Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Globalbees Brands Private Limited, has acquired an additional 14.23% stake in JW Brands Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary, for Rs 18.68 crore. The acquisition, completed on October 30, 2026, increased Globalbees’ shareholding in JW Brands from 75.10% to 89.33%. JW Brands Private Limited, incorporated on February 07, 2020, is engaged in the business of selling watches and jewellery under the brands “Joker & Witch”, “Bewitched” and “Teejh”, and reported a turnover of Rs 105.53 crore in fiscal year 2025-26.
