Oswal Agro Mills Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter/half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from statutory auditors, and to consider declaring an interim dividend for fiscal year 2026-27.
