KOKUYO CAMLIN LIMITED announced that Ms. Urvi Upadhyay will join the company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on November 2, 2026, following approval by the Board of Directors on August 6, 2026; concurrently, Ms. Sarika More ceased to be the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from the close of business hours on October 30, 2026.
