Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Limited will hold a board meeting on November 05, 2026, at 03:30 P.M. to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s trading window has been closed since the closing of trading hours of the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 30, 2026.
