Avenique Limited, formerly known as KDJ Holidayscapes and Resorts Limited, announced that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from Friday, October 30, 2026, to Saturday, November 07, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s internal code for prevention of insider trading, following a board meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 05, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issue of bonus shares.
