Avenique Limited to consider bonus share issuance to meet public shareholding requirements

Avenique Limited, formerly known as KDJ Holidayscapes and Resorts Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, November 05, 2026, to consider a proposal for the issue of bonus shares to public shareholders to comply with Minimum Public Shareholding requirements under rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 and regulation 38 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
