Pritika Auto Industries Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) along with a limited review report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, Pritika Auto Industries said in a filing. The company also announced that the trading window for its promoters, directors, key managerial persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
