Bharat Forge Limited has completed a rights issue resulting in the allotment of 240,00,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares to the company for a total investment of Rs 2,40,00,00,000 in Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), a wholly owned subsidiary, and the allotment of 16,30,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares to KSSL for a total investment of Rs 1,63,00,00,000 in Agneyastra Energetics Limited (AEL), another wholly owned subsidiary of KSSL, according to a regulatory filing on October 30, 2026.
