Angel One Limited allotted shares to employees under its 2021 incentive plan

Angel One Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its Securities Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 5,24,942 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees under the Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021, resulting in an issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital of Rs 9,15,119,718 comprising 91,51,19,718 equity shares.
