National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited, acting as the Investment Manager to the National Highways Infra Trust, will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 6, 2026, to approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of NHIT for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and to consider a distribution to Unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
