Mega Nirman board to review financials and explore green energy ventures Friday

Mega Nirman & Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 06, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider new business opportunities in green energy, including the research, development, manufacturing, and trading of green fuels and the establishment of solar/hybrid charging stations, either independently or in partnership/joint venture. The company has closed its trading window for securities until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
