Voltas Limited to convene a board meeting November 6 to review financial results

Voltas Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s listing regulations, the company said in a filing. Trading window for the company’s equity shares was closed from September 24, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
