Prima Plastics Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 06, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated Ind-AS financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
