Sonata Software to review financial results and potential dividend at November board meeting

Sonata Software Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider declaring a second interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27, which will be subject to tax at source under the Income Tax Act, 2025.
