Regency Fincorp allotted Rs 40 crore in NCDs to investors including Turquoise Capital

Regency Fincorp Limited announced that its Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 40,000 12% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, aggregating to Rs 40 crore, to identified investors including Turquoise Capital and Investments, Blue Ashva Mangalam Large Value Fund -I, Gripvest Asset Lix LLP, Umi Capital Services Private Limited, Texterity Private Limited, and Sovereign Global Markets Private Limited. The NCDs will mature on April 30, 2028, and are listed on the BSE Limited.
