Karnavati Finance reports no dematerialization certificates received during the September quarter

Karnavati Finance Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 30, 2026, reported that Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited has certified that no physical certificates were received for dematerialization of securities during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
