Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly known as Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and to discuss a proposal for fund raising by way of a preferential issue, right issue, or other mode.
