Winro Commercial’s board will meet November 6 to review financial results and close trading window

Winro Commercial (India) Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Friday, 6th November 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, and to address any other business items with permission from the chair; the trading window for the company's securities has been closed from 1st October 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
