Niyogin Fintech shareholders approved a scheme of arrangement involving three companies

Niyogin Fintech Limited convened a meeting of its equity shareholders on Friday, October 30, 2026, via video conference to consider and approve a Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Niyogin Fintech Limited, Niyogin Finserv Limited, and iServeU Technology Private Limited, as directed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench. Shareholders were given the opportunity to vote electronically between October 26 and October 29, 2026, and through e-voting during the meeting, with results to be made available on the company's website and the website of BSE Limited.
