Hero MotoCorp establishes foundation to manage corporate social responsibility initiatives

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. announced on October 30, 2026, that it received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary, named ‘Hero MotoCorp Foundation - A Santosh Munjal Legacy,’ under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, to undertake the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
