Jupiter Industries reports no deviation from public issue proceeds as per SEBI rules

Jupiter Industries & Leasing Ltd. informed the BSE Limited on October 30, 2026, that the statement of deviation and variation for proceeds of public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, Qualified Institutions Placement etc., as required under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is not applicable to the company.
