Jio Financial Services sees promoter stake rise to 50.98% via warrant conversion

Jio Financial Services Limited announced that its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee has allotted 12,50,00,000 equity shares to Sikka Ports & Terminals Limited and Jamnagar Utilities & Power Private Limited upon conversion of warrants, increasing the promoter and promoter group holding to 50.98% from 49.13%.
