Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd share price headed higher 5% to Rs 485.2 after the company's net profit saw a marginal increase of 2.63% to Rs 0.78 crore, while revenue from operations increased 16.98% to Rs 14.74 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd stood at Rs 0.99 crore in Q3 FY26, plunging by 36.94% year-on-year, and tumbling by 18.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, nosediving by 17.42% YoY and retreating 14.84% sequentially.
Total expenses jumped by 20.76% to Rs 13.96 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 7.18 crore, surging by 25.09% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.18 crore, inching up 3.32% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined by 12.52% to Rs 50.99 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 20.44% to Rs 3.27 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 353% to Rs 3.24 crore, and PBT dropped 15.14% to Rs 3.7 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.97 crore in FY26, as against Rs 3.73 crore in FY25.
Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd tumbled by 32.43% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 12.76% during the same period.
