Archidply Decor confirms securities dematerialization details were furnished to stock exchanges

Archidply Decor Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that Kfin Technologies Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed the details of securities dematerialized and rematerialized for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished to stock exchanges, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
