Raymond Limited allotted equity shares to employees under its 2023 stock option plan

Raymond Limited announced the allotment of 1,56,784 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each to eligible employees under the Raymond Employees Stock Option Plan 2023, according to a regulatory filing on October 29, 2026. The allotment, approved by the company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee, increased Raymond Limited’s paid-up share capital from Rs. 66,57,37,310 to Rs. 66,73,05,150, comprising 6,67,30,515 equity shares. The exercise price per share was Rs. 377.14, with a premium of Rs. 367.14.
