Ruparel Food Products Limited, formerly known as Mehta Housing Finance Limited, will hold a board meeting on November 02, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results, along with the draft limited review report, statement of assets and liabilities, and statement of cash flows for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the trading window for equity shares has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
