Edelweiss Financial Services allotted shares under employee incentive plans, filings show

Edelweiss Financial Services Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee has allotted 4,42,792 equity shares of Re. 1 face value each under the Edelweiss Employees Stock Incentive Plan, 2011 and Edelweiss Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan, 2019, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 29, 2026.
