Gujarat Cotex to meet November 5 to review financials and discuss right issue

Gujarat Cotex Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, and to discuss fund utilization for a right issue and the appropriation of funds due to under subscription. The board will also authorize Mr. Chetankumar Shaileshkumar Parekh, the Managing Director and CFO, for execution of documents related to business operations.
