Praj Industries and BPCL plan to form a JV investing up to Rs 100 crore in CBG plants

Praj Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors has given in-principle approval to invest up to Rs 100 crore in a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) for setting up of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) plants across India.
