Dollex Agrotech forms Dollex Green Ventures to pursue renewable energy projects in India

Dollex Agrotech Limited announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Dollex Green Ventures Private Limited, with a Corporate Identification Number of U35200MP2026PTC087947, effective October 28, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The new company, incorporated in India, will focus on renewable energy and allied sectors, including biogas, Compressed Biogas (CBG), bioenergy, biomethane, and organic fertilizers, with an authorized share capital of Rs 10,00,000, and Dollex Agrotech Limited will subscribe to 9,999 equity shares via cash.
