Sea TV Network Limited to review financial results and appoint new internal auditor

Sea TV Network Limited will hold a board meeting on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from its statutory auditors, and to accept the resignation of M/s. Ashutosh Agarwal & Co. as the company's internal auditor while appointing M/s. Singhal Manish & Associates as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
