Arvaya Healthcare Limited, formerly known as Bijoy Hans Limited, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the proposed objects and utilization of proceeds of a Rights Issue, including deployment of funds as outlined in the Draft Letter of Offer, and to approve the Draft Letter of Offer and subsequent filings with the BSE Limited and other regulatory authorities.
