Naturo Agrotech India Limited, formerly Naturo Indibull Limited, announced the appointment of Jahnavi Malhotra as Company Secretary (KMP) and Compliance Officer, effective October 29, 2026, following a board meeting held on the same date. Malhotra, holding membership no. ACS 81850, was appointed under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and in accordance with SEBI regulations, and her appointment was finalized after detailed internal processes and negotiations.
