Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Trading window for company directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and connected persons has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
