Godfrey Phillips India Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a declaration of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2027; the trading window for the company's equity shares will remain closed from October 1, 2026, to November 7, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
