The BJP garnered 13 seats, with Janata Dal (Secular), Janata Dal (United) and Shiv Sena contributing one seat apiece. The results, announced on 29 October 2026, indicated gains for the Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh, while Congress successfully defended the Nagpur Graduates' constituency in Maharashtra.

The BJP-Janata Dal (Secular) alliance secured a complete victory in Karnataka, claiming all four seats at stake. In Uttar Pradesh, the BJP prevailed, claiming six of the 11 seats, whereas the SP obtained five. The BJP successfully defended constituencies in Meerut, Bareilly-Moradabad, Agra and Gorakhpur-Faizabad. The SP garnered victories in both the Teachers' and Graduates' constituencies within Varanasi, alongside the Lucknow Graduates', Allahabad-Jhansi Graduates' and Agra-Aligarh Teachers' constituencies.

The Jan Suraaj Party achieved representation in the Legislative Council as Suresh Prasad Rai prevailed in the Darbhanga Teachers’ constituency. The RJD also recorded a win, with Sanjeev Kumar Singh overcoming BJP veteran Nawal Kishore Yadav in the Patna Teachers’ constituency. The remaining two seats were secured by independent contenders.

Maharashtra yielded three seats to the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), as the ruling Mahayuti alliance secured two. Congress candidate Abhijit Wanjari successfully defended the Nagpur Graduates' constituency, prevailing over BJP candidate Sudhakar Kohale by a margin of 3,271 votes.
