Landmark Property extends repayment timeline for Rs 35.26 crore refund to Eterna Living

Landmark Property Development Company Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that it has executed an amendment agreement with Eterna Living Private Limited, formerly known as Ansal Landmark (Karnal) Township Private Limited, extending the repayment timeline for a refund amount of Rs 35,26,15,047 to March 31, 2027, from September 26, 2026, following approval from the company’s members on September 21, 2026; to date, Landmark Property Development Company Limited has received Rs 8,15,00,000, leaving a balance of Rs 27,11,15,047 outstanding.
